Also known as onychomycosis, is a common fungal infection that affects the nails of the hands and feet. The condition is caused by an overgrowth of the fungi in the nails.
SYMPTOMS
Thickened, discolored nails, Brittle, crumbly, or ragged nails. Distorted nail shape, foul odor coming from infected nail. Pain or discomfort in the affected nail area.
