RASH

Skin manifestation that is characterized by a change in color, texture or appearance of skin. Other symptoms such as itching swelling or pain can also be present. Causations of this can be various factors such as infections, allergies, autoimmune disorders, environmental, or drug reactions.

SYMPTOMS

Redness: Rashes often present as areas of redness on the skin, indicating inflammation and increased blood flow to the affected area.
Itching: Many rashes are accompanied by intense itching, which can be mild to severe and may worsen with scratching.
Bumps or Blisters: Rashes can appear as raised bumps or fluid-filled blisters. These can vary in size and distribution across the skin.
Scaling or Flaking: Some rashes may cause the skin to peel, flake, or develop scales, resulting in a rough or uneven texture
Swelling: Rashes can cause localized or generalized swelling, leading to a puffy or swollen appearance of the affected area
Pain or Discomfort: Certain rashes can be associated with pain, tenderness, or a burning sensation, especially when they occur in sensitive areas
Spreading or Spreading to Other Areas: Rashes can start in one location and gradually spread to nearby skin or even affect distant areas of the body.
Presence of Blisters or Pustules: Certain types of rashes, such as those caused by infections or autoimmune conditions, may develop fluid-filled blisters or pus-filled pustules.

Some of these treatments include Topical Steroids, Antihistamines, Moisturizers and Emollients, Calamine Lotion, Antibiotics or Antifungal Medications, Immunosuppressants, Avoidance of Triggers, and Lifestyle Changes.
